The Doctor

Doctor Yamuca, often referred to as simply "The Doctor," wants to burn the world to the ground then rebuild it in his image. He has an extreme god complex. The Doctor is a geneticist with genius level intellect, extremely proficient at gene editing. The Doctor creates Chimeras that do his bidding in one of two ways, he either creates the Chimera’s body from scratch or he genetically modifies a human.

- The Doctor has genetically modified himself; his body can
create any cell, particularly stem cells. He can turn specialized
cells back into a stem cell then back into whatever other
specialized cell that he wants; this allows him to change organs
into different organs and heal himself.
- The Doctor primarily uses henchmen or Chimeras to do his
bidding.
